Which turbocharger brands do you service and repair?
As authorised master distributor for Garrett, BorgWarner, Holset, IHI, and BMTS, we can service, repair, refurbish and recondition these as well as many others. If you’re unsure of your turbocharger model, our technicians can assist with identification and assessment.
Can you repair VGT (Variable Geometry Turbocharger) systems?
Yes. We have extensive experience diagnosing, repairing and reconditioning Variable Geometry Turbochargers (VGTs) used across modern diesel vehicles, commercial fleets and heavy equipment. Each unit is inspected, tested and rebuilt to ensure correct operation and performance.
Do you offer turbocharger balancing and testing?
Yes. Turbocharger balancing and testing form an important part of our repair and reconditioning process. Our workshop utilises specialised equipment and OEM-standard procedures to ensure rebuilt turbochargers meet performance and reliability requirements before being returned to service. We are always investing in and upgrading our workshop with the latest equipment.
Can you repair turbochargers that have been deemed beyond repair?
In many cases, yes. Our in-house machining, component restoration and remanufacturing capabilities allow us to recover turbochargers that may otherwise be considered unsuitable for repair. Following a detailed inspection, we can advise whether refurbishment, reconditioning or replacement is the most practical and cost-effective solution.
How quickly can you turn around a turbocharger repair?
Turnaround times depend on the condition of the turbocharger and the scope of repairs required. With in-house repair capabilities and more than 2,000 turbochargers and 1000s more components held in stock, we are usually able to complete many jobs faster than businesses that rely on external suppliers or subcontractors.
Do you provide ultrasonic cleaning for turbocharger components?
Yes, we offer ultrasonic cleaning as part of our turbocharger repair, refurbishment and reconditioning services. Using specialised ultrasonic cleaning equipment, we can effectively remove carbon deposits, oil residue and contaminants from turbocharger components, including areas that are difficult to access through conventional cleaning methods. This process helps ensure components are thoroughly cleaned, accurately inspected and prepared for reassembly, supporting improved performance, reliability and service life.
Can you assist with performance turbocharger upgrades?
Yes. We work with customers seeking performance upgrades for 4WD, diesel and performance vehicle applications. Our team can recommend turbocharger solutions based on vehicle specifications, performance goals and intended use.

We maintain a large inventory of turbochargers, cartridges and replacement components sourced from leading manufacturers worldwide. With more than 2,000 parts held in stock, we can often reduce lead times and minimise equipment downtime.
Can you assess turbocharger failures and identify the root cause?
Yes. In addition to repairing the turbocharger itself, we can help identify contributing factors such as oil contamination, lubrication issues, foreign object damage, overspeed conditions and installation-related faults to help prevent repeat failures.
