Thermopol Limited was founded in 1962 and specialises in the processing of a wide range of hose products for the Automotive Industry.

The majority of our products are fabric reinforced Silicone rubber hoses for Turbocharger, Oil drain, Intercooler and Water installations. Our extensive knowledge of the problems relating to the use of hoses in these applications has been gained over a period in excess of 30 years and from this experience we are able to offer you proven high quality products, reliable service and competitive prices.

Thermopol Limited has introduced a number of important developments into the automotive hose industry including:

Meta-Aramid fabric reinforcement for Turbocharger and charge air cooler (CAC) hoses.
High quality part marking using permanent ink printing.
Convoluted hoses with stainless steel restraining rings for control of dilation and retention of axial flexibility when pressurised.
Location guidelines for hose clamps, which help to ensure correct fitting of clamps.
CAC hoses with metal end fittings, which provide a very high level of ducting system integrity.
Hoses with integral heat reflectors which provide protection against localised radiant heat sources.
Hoses with integral fluoroelastomer liners which enhance oil resistance characteristics.
